We use customer information to schedule and manage appointments, perform requested services, communicate about animals and orders, prepare records and invoices, coordinate pickup, maintain required business records, and operate our business.
Text-message information
Customers who voluntarily enroll receive two appointment reminders: one seven days before the appointment and one 24 hours before the appointment. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for assistance.
All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information won’t be shared with any third parties.
Mobile information will not be sold or used for third-party marketing. SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchasing services.
Service providers and legal requirements
