Program name and purpose

The Butcher's Block Appointment Reminders is an optional informational text-message program. The program sends two reminders related to a scheduled service: one seven days before the appointment and one 24 hours before the appointment.

How to enroll

Customers may enroll by giving affirmative verbal consent to an office employee while scheduling by telephone or in person. Before recording consent, the employee explains the program purpose, expected message frequency, possible carrier charges, and STOP and HELP options. Enrollment is optional and is not a condition of scheduling, purchasing, or receiving services.

Message frequency and charges

Two reminder messages are sent per appointment: one seven days before and one 24 hours before. Message and data rates may apply according to your wireless plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Opt out

Reply STOP to any message to cancel. After a STOP request, one confirmation message may be sent and no further program messages will be sent unless you enroll again.

Hi [NAME], drop-off reminder on [DATE], for [ANIMALS] at The Butcher's Block. Please call 434-432-2345 if you need to cancel or reschedule. Reply STOP to opt out of these notifications.
